We have cooked chicken, brisket, sausage, pork and ribs, and had great results. With the gas control we can set the temperature and cook things correctly and easily.
With our second summer of using it we are as impressed as we were our first summer with the durability and reliability. There is plenty of room in the smoker to cook several meals at once. What we cook in one day we enjoy for 2-3 days. One of the best things with your gas smoker is that it allows us to cook during the winter.
